Thank you so much for supporting TIARÉ ESTHETICS! As a small, one-woman business, I put love and intention into every order. Below are our store policies to ensure transparency and protect both you and my business.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once your package is dropped off at the post office and scanned into the system, TIARÉ Esthetics is no longer responsible for the package. Delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered items are unfortunately out of my control once in the hands of USPS or any third-party carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not able to edit or reroute packages once they are shipped.

If you experience issues with delivery, I recommend contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

🕐 Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may be extended during sales or high-volume periods.

You will receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way!

❌ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges — including for incorrect addresses, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to help where appropriate.

Every order is handmade, packed, and fulfilled by me with care. Small variations in packaging or appearance may occur. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and support as TIARÉ Esthetics continues to grow.
